Bore Pile, Diameter 1800mm, 96m at LRT Longspan Kali Bekasi

Since mid 1992, PT. Trocon has been involved in numbers
of large scale project in bored pile.

Utilizing our advanced technology combined with
professional project management, we managed to
complete our projects on schedule and in accordance with
the projects specification. Currently, our fleet of advanced
machinery, allow us to drill bored pile up to 2.5 meter in
diameter through any type of soil conditions (cemented
clay/sand, rock: breccia, andesite, granite)

Retaining/Pile walls are formed by constructing series of
intersecting/in close proximity reinforced bored piles and
commonly used in deep excavations and slope stabilization.

This method is commonly used in projects that are located
in a densely populated area adjacent to buildings and
roads. Our drilling rigs have the ability to minimize noise
and vibration. Most importantly, with our technologically
advanced drilling rig, we can control the bored hole verticality
during drilling, which is critical to form a watertight structure.
The following are three types of retaining wall piles that
PT. Trocon currently implements:

  • Soldier Pile (Applicable for site conditions where the
    ground water level are below the excavation level)
  • Contiguous Bored Pile with cement-bentonite interlocked
  • Secant Pile
  • Diaphragma Wall (D Wall)

PT. Trocon is committed to achieve high quality bored
piles through our total attention on quality control and
pile testing. Piles are tested using the following modern
technological methods:

  • Axial Loading Test (Up to 3200 ton)
  • Tension Loading Test
  • Lateral Loading Test
  • Pile Integrity Test
  • PDA Loading Test
  • Sonic Logging Test
  • Ultrasonic Drilling Monitor ( Coden Test )
